Position Title: Vendor Coordinator
Start Date: January 2025
Pay: $25 per hour
Hours: Part Time, 20 hours per week
Location: Remote, Work from home.
Join SBG Hospitality, a vibrant community festival and event planning company, as a Vendor Coordinator! In this role, you will play a key part in booking vendors for SBG festivals, events, and markets.
Your primary responsibility is to sell out all SBG vendor spaces at our beloved festivals and events. To do this you will work to expand our vendor network by reaching out to new vendors via email, sending personalized and mass emails, scouting for vendors online and at other markets, calling potential vendors and communicating with past vendors to welcome them back.
As our Vendor Coordinator, you will also share arrival packets and health permit documentation, handle customer service issues with vendors, and ensure clear communication to vendors regarding event logistics. You will utilize Eventeny on a daily basis to update events, and communicate with vendors.
This position offers flexibility to work remotely, with the opportunity to work events for additional pay.
Some of the events you would be booking vendors for include: Wine festivals, food festivals, farmers markets, night markets, and more!

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
A record of successful sales experience
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, 20 hours per week.
Strong interpersonal skills with an interest in building community (Must have an outgoing personality and eagerness to connect with new people)
Ability to learn Eventeny quickly
Ability to work on multiple events concurrently without compromising event quality
Ability to enforce policy and procedures
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to act autonomously
Interest in working with a small and growing business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational, problem-solving, time management and project management skills
Accomplished ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth, Canva and other related software
Ability to make mature judgements
