What to Expect at Oktoberfest!
As fall is approaching, the excitement for Frisco Oktoberfest, presented by Nine Band Brewing Co., is building up! Read further to find out more on what you can expect at the inaugural Frisco Oktoberfest:
Bier Galore!
Let’s get this party started with a traditional keg tapping! Mayor Jeff Cheney will do the honors of tapping the first oktoberfest bier! Once the beer is flowing, do not expect it to stop any time soon! Thanks to our presenting sponsor, Nine Band Brewing Co., there will be bier flowing all night long! We have also partnered with Tupps Brewery and Hofbräu München to provide the best variety of beer for Frisco Oktoberfest! But wait, there’s more! Attendees will be sipping their bier from a 16oz stein thanks to our sponsors and frineds at Texas Wealthwave! Bier and wine are available only through purchasing tickets! Get yours in advance and avoid the lines!

Delicious Food!
With over 15 food vendors, enjoy whatever food your heart desires! Not only will we have traditional German cuisine, we will also have lots of your favorite local restaurants and sweet treats! Frisco Oktoberfest has something for everyone! Food is available for purchase at the event directly with the food vendors.

Activities For All!
The Bier Stein Hoisting will be in full swing! Come ready to outlast the rest to win a traditional beer stein, free bier, and an Oktoberfest gift basket! For the foodies out there, there will also be a brat eating competition! Come hungry to see just how many brats you can eat in 10 minutes; not only will it fill you up, you can also win a $100 cash prize and bragging rights! Last, but not least, we had to include a keg rolling race! Who will roll their keg the fastest? Challenge yourself to win a free bier and a firm handshake!
Aside from all of the competitions taking place, we will also have a play area for the kiddos provided by brickLAB and Jungle Joes! Check out a lego build station, slime station, large connect 4, and a bean bag toss for some good family fun!

Fun Entertainment!
Be sure to stop by the Audi Plano Entertainment Stage to see the amazing entertainment lineup they have for you! The PolkaMeisters are ready to give you a rollicking good time with a wide variety of musical styles from traditional and contemporary polkas to swing. Next up, the Texanischer Schuhplattler Verein d’Holzar dancers will show you the moves of Germany. Get in the Oktoberfest spirit and join in for a dance! Closing out the show will be a local favorite, High Definition Band! As the emcee, Bryan Linder from Texas Wealthwave will be leading everyone through the amazing entertainment and festival announcements. The Audi Plano Entertainment Stage will be the place to be!

The inaugural Frisco Oktoberfest will take place at Frisco Square on Saturday, September 28th from 5:00-10:00pm. The event is free to attend and everyone is invited!
